Constipation is a common problem in pregnancy and among kids
It's a common problem, up to 1 in 3 children in the UK has constipation at some point.
How to spot constipation in children?
Some signs to look out for are:
they don't poo regularly (less than 3 times a week)
they do large and difficult to pass stools
they do "rabbit droppings" poo
